Dr. Peter Saxton BA, MBA, DBA – Business Management Consultant.

Dr Peter Saxton is an expert consultant, speaker and trainer in the field of collaborative working. His deep specialization is in leading powerful improvements to organizational performance by building consensus based on his extensive experience and insight into how consensus is realized at a practical level through his senior leadership experience in British Airways and working closely with companies including Toyota, Air Partner plc, British and NATO armed forces, government, and several banks and law firms

Dr. Saxton has 25 years of management and leadership experience, serving first as an RAF pilot, a British Airways Captain and chief pilot, a senior manager with the airline, a company director, and as founder-director and Chairman of Capstick Saxton Associates Ltd. He has advised and trained executives from a wide variety of organisations including Toyota, the armed forces of Britain and NATO, government, several banks and law firms. He publishes articles on business and organisational issues regularly. He is a visiting lecturer at Cranfield School of Management, The Cyprus International Institute of Management, and the UK Defence Academy.

Dr Saxton was one of the first researchers to be awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration by Cranfield University, he is also a keen writer on the subject of collaboration and “ Leading Without Authority”.
